Get away from the stresses and strains of modern life with a specialised revitalisation day at The Bell. Join experienced fitness professional and wellness coach Henry Adekoya, from Revive Health Fitness, for a variety of holistic exercises and activities, including a circular Nordic walk though the countryside and Bewl Water.

Fitness in not just about working up a sweat, it’s also about making positive life changes so an informative wellbeing discussion followed by a relaxation class will be the perfect end to your revitalisation day. Healthy snacks and a delicious, nutritious meal are included.

Revive Day schedule:

  • 9:30 – Arrival Refreshments
  • 9:45 – Guest Welcome.
  • 10 am – Pilates Class
  • 11.10 am Snacks
  • 11:30 am – Nordic Walk
  • 1 pm – 2 course Lunch
  • 1:30 pm – Health & Wellbeing Discussion, Wellbeing Pack, with healthy snacks and refreshments.
  • 2:15 pm – Yoga Stretch and Relax
  • 3 pm – Guest Farewell.
