Revive Weekend

 

Revive weekends are specialised courses which are ideal for small groups. If you are planning a weekend away for staff at your office, as a team builder or with some friends and looking for something different then you can have your very own tailored fitness activity weekend. With two options to choose from, enjoy a unique variety of exercises and delicious nutritious meals you can plan a weekend to remember.  Price includes all meals:breakfast-lunch-supper, snacks, refreshments and all of the activities over the weekend, en-suite accommodation. The use of the country club leisure facilities with heated swimming pool. Station collection and drop off can be arranged for your group.

 

 

Option 1: 1 night  2 days Fri / Sat.

Revive Weekend Programme Schedule 

Friday

  • Station Collection
  • 11 am –  Arrival refreshments
  • 11:45 am – Guest Welcome.
  • 12 am – Conditioning Class.
  • 1:10 pm – 3 course Lunch.
  • 1:45 pm – Nordic Walk.
  • 4 pm – Yoga Stretch & Relax.
  • 5pm – Snacks & Refreshments.
  • 5:15 pm – 7 pm – Free Time*
  • 7 pm – 3 course supper

* Guests will have use of the country club leisure facilities with heated swimming pool, or simply kick-back and relax in the hotel lounge area or in your en-suite guest room.

 

Saturday

  • 8 am – Pilates.
  • 9:15 am – Breakfast.
  • 10 am – Hiking and Conditioning.
  • 12:15 pm – 2 course Lunch
  • 1 – pm – Fun Fitness
  • 2 pm – Health and Wellbeing Discussion. Wellbeing Pack. Plus snacks and refreshments.
  • 3 pm – Yoga Stretch & Relax.
  • 4:30 Guest Farewell
  • Station Drop Off
