A typical day at Revive Health Fitness.

 

  • 7 am – Wake up Call
  • 7:30 am Yoga.
  • 8:45 – 9:30 am – Breakfast.
  • 9:30 – 10:30 am – Fun Fitness
  • 10:45 – 11:45 am – Yoga Stretch and Relax.
  • 11:45 – 12 Noon – Snack.
  • 12 – 1 pm – Pilates.
  • 1:15 – 2 pm – Lunch.
  • 2:15 – 4:15 pm – Hiking.
  • 4:15 – 4:30 pm – Snack.
  • 4:30 – Book Your Massage.
  • 7 pm – Supper.

 

 

Nutrition is an integral part of managing weight and improving your lifestyle, at our venue you will enjoy a variety of food sourced locally, meals designed by a nutritionist and prepared by our in house chef.

 

 

  • Breakfast – Porridge with mixed berries / nuts
  • Snack – Piece of fruit with nuts / seeds
  • Lunch – Delicious salads / Homemade soups
  • Snack – Oatcakes with smoked salmon
  • Supper – Grilled breast of chicken with seasonal vegetables
